Not all agents of selected real estate firms are qualified to participate in our program. Typically, participating agents have at least 3 years of full-time residential sales experience and have lived in the particular market for several years. They must participate in formal program training at least twice a year, attend refresher training quarterly, and earn the right to service Cartus' customers through consistent quality performance.
