Do you have a list of inspectors or attorneys?Your real estate agent will provide you with a list of reputable service and professional people in your area. You may select individuals or firms from that list or choose someone on your own. Do I have to use your mortgage company?We offer you convenient one-stop shopping to coordinate all your home-buying needs. Our mortgage partners are highly qualified experts and offer competitive rates. We have taken the guesswork out of choosing a reputable mortgage company; however, please consult your company Relocation policy for other approved lenders.
