How much does your program cost?

Our program, which is designed to make your real estate purchase or sale go smoothly, is free. You may be responsible for any real estate fees or commissions, based upon your company's Relocation benefits.

If this is a free service to me, how is your program funded?

When you buy or sell a home through our program, the real estate company pays us a referral fee. In today's market, these fees are common practice and are used to increase business volume and provide a savings to home-buyers and -sellers.

Can I use any agent I want?

Do you have a list of inspectors or attorneys?

Your real estate agent will provide you with a list of reputable service and professional people in your area. You may select individuals or firms from that list or choose someone on your own.
